The Shophouse District at Capital Town will be lined up with low-rise, three-level shophouses, aiming to provide a space to highlight unique local business concepts in one setting, in support of the Kapampangans’ innate entrepreneurial spirit. This is where businesses are encouraged to grow and flourish.

Taking cues from the prosperous 1950s era in Pampanga’s history, the district will evoke of Neoclassical architecture with Art Deco details. It will also have civic features such as the Events Trade Hall and outdoor Amphitheater, complemented by tribute statues of Kapampangan heroes, native trees comparable to cherry blossoms, and cobblestone streets, to complete that “old world charm”, among others.
